Join Gap Inc., one of the largest retailers in North America, as they share their approach to innovation and how they enable in-store employee engagement and operational excellence to a global store and field leadership audience.
Brandon is a Senior Product Manager that delivers store technology initiatives globally across a family of brands including Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, Athleta and Intermix. He and his team focus on problems around store communications and merchandise handling.
In addition to Product Management, Brandon has over 18 years of field leadership and Store Operations experience with Gap Inc and Peet’s Coffee & Tea, and has led the work for initiatives like Ship-from-Store and RFID.
Jeremy is passionate about augmenting people's brilliance with simple technical solutions. He has worked on innovative ideas for some of the world’s best known brands and taught classes at universities worldwide. As a co-founder of Retail Zipline, he brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering and user behavior to retailers so they can unlock growth opportunities and drive customer loyalty. He lives with his adventurous wife and children in Vancouver, Canada.
